I've seen this mentioned a few times already and I am wondering if I am missing something here.
To my understanding, the unlinked references (not unreferenced links) are just when you haven't specifically linked to that exact word or words.
For example, if the words 'self-improvement' appear in a specific paragraph, but you haven't specifically linked those words to the page 'self-improvement', then that paragraph will show up under unlinked references.
It's not like Roam is using some kind of AI to suggest notes that seem to be related to self-improvement. You still need the exact words 'self-improvement' in there.
Don't get me wrong, it's still super powerful and helpful, but the way it's phrased here in the article makes it sound like the tool goes even further than it does.
Unless I am really missing something?
