I see what you mean - in this case, I would put it in an Area like Model Building because you want to make it as actionable as possible. I also prefer to avoid saving the same document in multiple places out of 'fear' of forgetting that you have it and how it could be useful for other use cases. I find that by having this organisation, you also train your mind to remember what you have and make connections on where else it can be used, without having to duplicate.
