Hi William - yes that's true, you'll need to look through the different platforms so ideally you limit yourself to 3-4 tools maximum. I have noticed though that it is still easy to find things because I know what type of file I save where. Gmail is obviously emails but Dropbox is PDFs, pictures, presentations, templates etc. whereas Notion is notes, ideas, lists, etc. I usually know what kind of information I'm looking for and thus which tool to go to.
