Hi John - I'd say there are no hard rules for this, you can do whatever works best for you! Just need to avoid getting too granular in your projects or it gets too messy. If Swimming pool remodel and landscape design are 2 projects that have multiple sub-tasks and are quite separate from each other, with very different timelines, I'd say you can make it separate projects. If not, I would lump it together under a project called Backyard.
